The “asciutta“ is that particular moment in which the canals are emptied in order to carry out the necessary maintenance: from cleaning operations (too many uncivilized people throw even dangerous garbage into the canals), to restoration and consolidation. But the Cavour Canal, seen from the inside, is impressive 😉 True ?!
